No signal before the spike strip? They must have been very worried about flight. Good de-escalation in that case.
The very calm arrest is either overkill or great police work, defusing flight risk enough that the suspect stops resisting. Must be annoying for officers that it's hard to tell which from the outside.
Nobody got hurt, I say it was great police work.
