The user has a history of making a post and then, days or hours later, coming back to change the title and link to "azazaz" or "qaqaqa" (just keyboard-rolling by the looks of it). One of those posts must've coincidentally matched up with a domain name that had been registered but wasn't in use. I can see some value in owning a domain with a name like that but that's a whole different set of topics. Mod checks the link, sees that there's nothing behind it and adds a reminder before moving on to the next round of whack-a-mole.
So he's posting for upvotes and then hoping someone later clicks his now changed links to make a few pennies on ads? Wow.
I don't think so, it looks more like mashing keys because the form won't let you save with everything blanked out. Can't know for sure unless they pop up and decide to explain.
