Honestly, I felt the same but when I try to order for evilness somehow it didn't get on top 3.
I'd swap EA and Ubi. EA is as bad as Ubi AND has the tendency to take beloved franchises and kill them. Definitely Chaotic Evil. A tumor on the games industry.
I’d say swap ubi with epic first. Epic is evil while Ubisoft is just incompetent. Then you can swap epic up to the top or whatever.

Epic takes less cuts from games than anything else and has fought against monopolies on mobile devices
Let's face it, all AAA publishers are chaotic evil at this point.
