We already never really gave a shit at the companies I worked at so far. Bosses love spewing shit about AI, telling us to use it and find out more about it, especially coding AIs, but we often try them out for a bit with serious tasks then revert back to only ever using them for formatting or research assistance. My colleagues tried and failed several times to use them for tasks involving non-trivial logic and it never worked, even with paid Cursor or Gemini.

Not contestintn that, but that wasn't drama stirred up by Louis.

I really don't know where you're coming from with this...I took classes on AI that went into detail and we even made our own functional AI neural networks of different varieties...and I doubt we are the most knowledgeable about this in university. This tech isn't some mistery. If we knew how it worked enough to make one from nothing else except a working IDE, AI engineers must know pretty damn well what it does...

But...we do know what they are doing...AI is based completely on calculations at the low level, that are well defined. And just because we didn't find an algorithm for your example yet that doesn't mean one doesn't exist.

Not that I have a better idea, but Graphene os devs I think were found to be scummy by Louis Rossmann at some point.
