Their competition (Nintendo and Steam) already don't have physical media. Nintendo is moving towards 100% Game Key cards, and Steam is all downloads. Playstation could have used physical media as a competitive advantage, but decided against it for cost reasons. So now this is the end of gaming physical media. The game sizes are just way too large.
Oh this made me laugh this morning, thank you.
The best part is, now that Mandami is being criticized by the Fox outrage machine, all of the government websites that had similar recommendations are being changed.
To be fair, a non zero number of MAGA voters despise anything they are told to despise. So they are just getting back what they deliver on cue from the media they digest.
