I think this is where the concept of a hobby really shines. Truth is, most of our passions can't pay bills. Unfortunate architecture of our human society. The best we can do is enjoy it as hobbies.

I personally love brewing coffee, but a barista just isn't a career for me. So I over pay intricate machinary and expensive beans to pretend being a barista at home and force these pour over coffee on to my wife.
