Definitely sounds like an "absolute asshole makes kind of a good point" situation.

No, because he targeted the wrong politician. Mette has, for all of her flaws, not been pushing anti privacy bullshit any more than the average politician. We have politicians who are actively anti-privacy, which he could've targeted.

He is simple an idiot agitator. An anarcho-capitalist.

I am a privacy activist

Here is footage from the Nest cameras inside my home

It's a bit hard to take seriously

If you are gonna put up security cameras like this, at least make sure they back up data off site and dont use googles garbage yeah

I know it's a "me" problem, but I find it hard to take seriously those who need to add the brand/model.

It's a camera, does it add extra info that's a nest? This is something that bothered me since the times of "it's not a tablet, it's an iPad"

Yes it adds the information that a supposed "privacy activist" uses googles cloud connected privacy nightmare. It shows you that he is not just dumb for inviting trouble like this, but also technically incompetent in his field.

It adds the info that it's a cloud system owned by Google. Whether your camera footage stays in your home or gets uploaded to the cloud makes a pretty big difference

Just because she delegated the anti-privacy push to people in her government (Hummelgaard) doesn't mean she isn't ultimately responsible for them.

But yes, he is an asshole and a moron, who just happens to have picked some good causes to be an asshole about.
