Revolution.
You can't force a revolution, else it turns into a coup. Instead, you organize and build up the apparatus that can steer an eventual revolution in the correct direction, ie a political party. I work with a communist organization on outreach, and try to do what I can at an immediate level to help raise worker organization and thought.

I care greatly about politics, that's why I don't limit my participation to something as inconsequential as voting.
