Did you read the article or just the headline?

The vehicle isn't an emergency ambulance, it's designed to provide a mobile medical facility to run tests in remote areas that don't have reliable electricity.

The vehicle is designed to bring health care to the patient, rather than transport them to hospitals. It contains testing kits for tuberculosis, cooled storage for vaccines and ultrasound equipment for pregnant women.

Oh wow, thank you so much for explaining the internet to me! I'd been using it wrong for 45 years.
