A place for for news, discussion, memes, and links criticizing capitalism and advancing viewpoints that challenge liberal capitalist ideology. That means any support for any liberal capitalist political party (like the Democrats) is strictly prohibited.

A zero-tolerance policy for bigotry of any kind. Failure to respect this will result in a ban.

5 No bigotry, no racism, sexism, antisemitism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any type of prejudice.

6 Be civil in comments and no accusations of being a bot, 'paid by Putin,' Tankie, etc. This includes instance shaming.

I didn't want it super blocky so I did 4x4s with some metal brackets and 3d printed rollers. Took a bit of work but found some scrap steel so I went to work.

Very nice! I like the low visual impact. I don't weld but I reckon I could do a laminate joint, perhaps with some steel tube passing through it. Thanks for the inspiration 👍

Thanks. Yeah I'm fortunate I have access to scrap sometimes and some tools! I did see plans for one laminated looked like a ship bow. That with pipe legs would get you there! It's probably what I would do next time.
