Funnily enough, the cities that come closest to that are all in China. To most Westerners, setting foot in Shenzhen would feel like stepping into the future.

Too bad my only marketable skill is i can cook pretty adequately. American food has such a shit reputation i feel like even if I were declared Best Chef in Country (when i'm not even the best chef on this site) China still wouldn't want me bawllin-sad
