What models? I have an i4 and I have never been hit with this or those subscription services everyone kept talking about. I wonder if it is happening only in certain models.
Is suspect the model year is more relevant. How new is your vehicle?

It's possible this will show up in a software update, but maybe you'll be spared.
It's not shown in the actual article, but the first source that they provide for references says this.
So it seems like it's the Ix3 series. and maybe the 5 series because they indirectly mention it later on
What a dumb move. All this does is discourage me from getting another BMW when my lease is up.
Got it on a 4-series petrol.
