Isn't "alleged" used to refer to something thought to be, but yet to be proven? Attached image makes it seem pretty obvious, but in case it hasn't yet been proven, wouldn't it need to be before the tag is added?

But people can always report works that may be breaching TOS or showing materials not representing the final product.
