It's just good to get something in this website for casual viewing whilst refreshing original content is added overtime.

The app and new reddit are absolute garbage. I'd even call it hostile design. Always has been. Ugh.
I really hope this ends up being the push I need to quit Reddit.

TOR somehow works, even without the .onion site.

At the end of June they announced this would be rolling out "over the next month". So anyone who can still use old reddit without logging in could still run into it soon.

Edit: Well they could have worded "accounts are required to access old reddit" a lot better.
~~I'm actually okay with this if it means more people get to check out old reddit. That said, I'm a bit confused: why is reddit now requiring all accounts to log into old reddit? I thought they wanted everyone using the new site? Did they have a change of heart? It's kind of odd to force people to visit the old site to login now, you know?~~
