This came up before, it's insane what's going on. The landlord is just stealing the restaurant.

Suing partner because he gave him 65k to be a partner. Has witnesses. Partner says there was no written contract and is counter suing.
Landlord is suing Trump burger because he registered Maga Burger 2 months before they opened up and never told them. The landlord demanded 10k more a month added on to the 11k because they're using "his name."
The partners are suing the landlord because all of their credit card transactions started to go to the landlord.
Landlord is trying to take over the restauraunt as his own but the Lebanese born co-owner was detained by ICE.
Trump sent a cease and desist for using his name.

His partners are suing him, and Trump's suing all of them.

It takes a special kind of stupid to like trump, but not know he was going to 1500% sue for trademark infringement
