(Don't mind me, am just commenting here to remember this post and the comments published so far, I read them all just now - but just bookmarking and saving them does not help my brain to save and retrieve all the information for a long-enough period of time. Although if I found this words on my own profile and/or even get some reactions from others, it may help me to reflect on this and talk about it in a future therapy session.)
