I'm in this discord server for autistic people which has been really nice. We're in the process of testing out a selfhosted chat server so that we can start moving off discord

I've had decent luck with friends of mine on Matrix if you haven't already decided. Quite fun feels like IRC. Small group though of technical minded folks
I'm not using matrix, I have tried it and it's not suitable for our community. Problem is the ux and that most people in our group are not technically minded. We're trying out fluxer which is more discord like.
Just curious, why leave discord?
