Honestly, we both seem to have similar body builds, and you are in better shape than I am right now... more muscular definition/lower apparent body fat.
Your arms in particular have more muscle than mine... I am rather spindly, hahaha!
I honestly don't see why you would think your body is ugly, it isn't.
Sure, its not ... tiktok influencer chad/movie star action hero/professional athlete, ... but you seem to be a perfectly fit and healthy adult young man.
Don't let absurd beauty expectations from society/social media get you down, the vast, vast majority of people do not look like the pretty people that algorithms put in front of our faces.
And hell, if you're American, you are very far from obese, so... you are probably literally above average, bare minimum, probably more like top 25% at least, if you want to use BMI as an approximate proxy for overall health.

I am mostly worried that I have too little fat and meat on me, my chest also kind of sticks out like a flat plate, instead of just being integrated.
So I remind myself of a skinned chicken.
If your build really is like mine, then that is good for your health long-term! The more weight you have, the faster your heart gives out.
You will make a great scout as well!
Also, I guess you get nude privilege for a while, idk how good of an idea that is, but eh.
