Cause Linux keeps crashing with my 16 core Ryzen. Windows power management is just better it seems.
I have a 16 core 9950X3D, never crashed with Linux in about a year of 24/7 uptime. I think you might have some hardware issues?
Apparently known issues with the 5000 series of 12/16 cores. Numerous reports but no fixes that worked for me including a full reinstall. I would have gone with a newer mobo/cpu if ram weren't so damn expensive
