My diet's been the same since I was young, and I get good quality sleep. No drugs.

Yes, I've been sick. They told me my bloods are normal.

They kept repeating them since September last year every 4-5 weeks. They told me it's normal, I asked for the papers to be printed recently, got them all printed out, and when I checked, each time I had my white cells etc tested, they are low.

Yes, I have two carbon monoxide detectors.

I prepare my own stuff, I don't have people cook for me.

This happens regardless of if I'm sleeping at someone else's or at my house.

And no to both.

I've had bloods tested repeatedly since September and they told me it's normal.

Not pregnant, I saw my doctor starting September last year, they repeated blood tests from then to last month, and they told me my bloods are normal.

I've had blood work done, my urea and white blood cells have consistently been low since at least September last year (I kept having them repeated by my doctor) but I thought that just might be to do with me getting older since your immune system decreases with age, and my doctor didn't bring it up. TSH, iron etc was normal.

I don't feel non-drugged until well after 6 PM. I'm sleeping very well. I even tried caffeine pills and even caffeine doesn't budge the "just come to under general anesthesia" feeling. I've been under before, and that retch-y feeling is the same. People have also noticed that I'm moving slowly. I don't drink alcohol, so this isn't a hangover. It started rather gradually but is getting worse.

Someone suggested it could be low b12, but I've been having the sublingual spray for months and there's no improvement.

Am I just getting old and this is something I'm gonna have to put up with for the rest of my life?

I'm being serious.

I tried making a Reddit account and it asked me to build karma before I could ask on any of the relevant subs so I'm posting here.

I can personally say that if anything goes up there, it hurts, and not in a good way. It does not feel pleasurable at all. It feels kind of like placing a finger on an open sore and pushing down.

Also, if you're being examined, they tell you to take deep breaths, as if they know that anything going up is going to be painful. If sex is supposed to be pleasurable and enjoyable, why would doctors tell you to brace for impact, so to speak?

Lastly, women often scream during sex. It's often said they're screaming out of pleasure and not pain. But there are a lot of things I find extremely pleasurable, but I don't scream while I do them.

Is it just one of those things that is painful but we're conditioned into believing the pain is actually pleasure and I must have inconsistent pain tolerance and I am making a big deal out of this?
