Seems like an obvious win for the govt; ban the non-flushable wipes, say it will result in $x savings over the next 10 years. Put that in the feather in your cap and say that rates pressures will reduce as an ongoing cost to councils will be significantly reduced.
But how will their donors make bank with that plan?
