You have no idea what you're talking about. Emissions in China have literally flatlined and in some cases even fallen for many months now, despite an increase in power consumption thanks to renewable energy. This has been globally confirmed by many analysts, and even the UN climate summit.
This has been constantly covered in the media as well, but apparently you chose to ignore it.
