Bro if you know what the fediverse is youre probably in the top 2% of intelligence in the US
Any text based platform is not going to be representative. Many people don't read well, and don't have the ability to communicate well in writing.
That extra sucks becuase i love shit like the smolweb and gemini protocol but people will never understand it because its not shiny and flashy.
That is disappointing for me. I suck at talking, and often forget the finer details of a verbal discussion.
