Am I keeping the profits?
Then gambling game lootbixes micro transactions and subscriptions with live service. Probably some bland shooter builder. Lots of gambling.
Profits don't matter:
A game that works without Internet, but has coop and even couch co op. Probably a semi open world exploration puzzle game in a fantasy setting. Probably with dragons - similar to baldurs gate 3, but mix it up with black dessert + give it a bit more of a traditional zelda twist of gating content behind progression. And it would have mods and generative levels/maps also. Added some farming and homd management also - with real life events and regular releases of new official content. Later on couple dlcs that's not cosmetic but actual added gameplay.
Let's just make them make roblox 2
