That's the wrong website. I included a link in the post you're replying to. You need to expand the spoiler. If you're in the USA, Israel/Palestine or South Korea the site might be DNS-blocked. You can use http://www.kcna.co.jp/ as an archive in that case, they seem to mirror the articles.
Oh thanks. Both sites you linked are refusing to load as well. I am using a VPN though
