Everything they accuse Stalin of, Churchill actually did. And libs love him so much. Why? Is it just because of that stupid speach about fighting on the beaches?
I'm not just saying this because we're on Hexbear but I didn't even think he was a good speaker. His speech was maybe well written but the delivery was dry as hell. Fucking Br*t.
It's actually kind of an open secret at this point that he got an actor to do his radio addresses lol. Also interesting to note that the only data we have wrt his popularity at the time is the 1945 election in which he absolutely shat the bed. He's been subsequently sainted as part of the 'tiny island, standing alone' myth making of the post-war era though
