"As revolutionaries, we don't have the right to say that we're tired of explaining. We must never stop explaining. We also know that when the people understand, they cannot but follow us. In any case, we, the people, have no enemies when it comes to peoples. Our only enemies are the imperialist regimes and organizations." Thomas Sankara, 1985

Real anarchists show major respect for Cuba and the self-sufficiency they've achieved.

At some point a line needs to be drawn between people who are "anarchists" merely by the aesthetic of it, and people who are anarchists based on their commitment to a holistic revolutionary praxis.

This line has been drawn a long time ago, comrade. The selftitled "anarchists", lowercase, still haven't figured out reading. The actual modern Anarchists are a strange bunch to most MLs... but anyone risking getting beaten up by police with me is also a comrade of mine. Some Anarchists, uppercase, were with us in February, together with teachers and indigenous people, while we faced some fucked up police brutality.

They had some good tunes too ๐Ÿ™

We Marxist-Leninist dunk on anarchists, trots and Maoists with memes but IRL especially when come to anti-fascism it's tactical unity all the way down. We fought fash side by side in bloc even if we all thought trots were insufferable. They bled and hospitalized like we do. Most IRL leftists aren't sectarian about actions.

Many self alleged anarchists in the Internet are not even part of the anarchist movement. They just pick a label because that makes them feel cool, but most of the time they are just liberals with no depth in theory (even anarchist theory). These people are also insignificant, they don't do anything other than complain in forums about other leftists (and more often than not are a bunch of NATO simps).

Regarding theory, I think there are more Marxists who have read Proudhon, Bakunin and Kropotkin than supposed anarchists.

The terminally online anarchists are vote-harder anarchists who also support Azovstain. I remember one of the real anarchists like commixcorp got chased out of the anarchism sub for calling them out for supporting Ukrainian Nazis. That was also the turning point for me to read State and Revolution and stop being anarchist. Then again the online anarchists are overwhelmingly post leftists and nihilists.

I am sorry for my ignorance, comrade. But what is post-leftism?

[โ€“] VladimirLimeMint@lemmygrad.ml 2 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (1 children)

Post-left anarchism is an extreme tendency that encourages inaction and hyper-individualism, basically they believe that "the left" is no longer useful and organizational actions are seen by them as ineffective, they want maximum autonomy. Their tendencies heavily attract eugenicists, kid diddlers and ecofash. The deep green movement like Earth First!, ELF and ALF were the origins for development of post-leftism, with people like Dave Foreman and Edward Abbey who endorsed a string of reactionary beliefs like overpopulation myth and unsurprisingly, many of them work for the state department. If you ever met any anarchist that claim they've read shit like Desert, Blessed is the flame, or Atassa, stay the fuck away and treat them as fed. Also, Crimethinc is a post left collective and takes money from state department, they've been platforming Azovstain since 2014.

This motherfucker told me Marx was an anarchist in the 1840s and the Anarchists are more of communists than the MLs. I laughed for 2 straight minutes.
