Google is using its expansive library of YouTube videos to train its AI models, including Gemini and the Veo 3 video and audio generator, CNBC reported Thursday.

There are a lot of AI-generated videos already, so they’ll be trained by generated content as well. The system is eating itself.

As expected. As long as the videos aren’t uploaded and marked as private I don’t see a problem. You upload a video for the public to watch, why can’t AI “watch” it?
