I am not aware that Stalin had planned to extinguish entire races. Stalin did some genociding but no final genociding. There is no question which country I would choose as a minority.

a genocide is a genocide, and the soviet union under stalin enacted those as well (see for example the holodomor, treatment of polish and baltic people in the soviet union)

If they are from two different states, why is it framed like they are opponents in one election?
