Nothing says the Wendigo attacked. This guy seems to be hunting them to cut them open and rape the knife wound. That's definitely high up on the list of unusual and horrifying comments.
Are we assuming the Wendigo just wants to trade recipes or something?
The text in the image seems to strongly indicate the person was looking for a Wendigo, for sex. It seems the Wendigo had been minding it's own business until the weird pervert arrived.

It's not really your fault, just an example of unconscious bias racism. You're conditioned to assume the Wendigo is the scary monster and the human the innocent victim.
It's not the stabbing, but the implied follow-up action.

The bait is strong with this one. I didn't understand furries I still barely do. That said I learned a good bit about them by making this post. Maybe some of the comments will help you to have more realistic views.
I made my own a while back. Nothing is ever going to convince me that wanting to have sex with roughly human shaped animals is any less creepy and wrong than if they were saying the same about kids.
Some of them do. The whole anime girl clearly designed to look and act 10 who it's "ok" to sexualize because she's really thousands of years old. WINKWINK
Coming up with imaginary scenarios where it's suddenly moral to have sex with kids or sheep is super weird and creepy.
Some guy in that thread defended it by saying that some people get off eating shit and it's not alright to make fun of that. Yes, it's definitely fine to say that getting off eating shit is creepy and abnormal. He might have been the same one who said that not all furries are in to kids. It didn't help do anything other than sketch me out even harder.

Right. I'm known for being combative by things like asking people not to use slurs or having opinions you don't like. You can just go on the block list. It's a simple way to deal with smug shits who feel justified in insulting others.
My complaint is actually with the pattern of bad faith action, like this argument. That is a strawman.
