I can cherry pick bad example photos of any other country too. If your complaint is "it looks all the same from major roadways unlike the glorious non-roadway places of other destinations" the I suggest getting off the fucking highway and take a walk in a park. The forest in my back yard looks nothing like PNW or the California redwood forest, or the evergreen tree that dominate woods further north.

This isn't cherry-picking, though. These photos represent scenes where people spend much of their time. If you image search my city, you'll get pages and pages of photos of the same 5 or 6 picturesque locations, but the rest of the city looks pretty much like these photos. Sure, I've visited redwood forests, but the images here are every day.

And it doesn't have to be so awful.

Author checks out: Writes about US and mentions Check Republic as if the Czech language adheres to the logic of the English language. But to be fair, I'm second guessing every time i have to write Czechia too.
