Those bollards are made from recycled tires they'll just pop back up, Dodge Ram is risking a wreckless driving charge for nothing. What a fucking asshole.

I would be surprised if that were the case. The ones I see here are a semi-flexible plastic.

If those delineators are hit with such speed, many of them will be damaged in a way they need to be replaced. For sure this shit going to cost some money for the tax payers.

It's funny, by me pickup drivers are usually the most considerate ones to cyclists. Cars with florida plates are usually the worst. I think the reason is that most of the pickups are DOT registered because people use them for work.
