My phone was $800, I think. Of COURSE I'm not taking it in to the shower!! 😧 I don’t even take it into the bathroom.

Is this the same for baths?

Although water temperature for my bath is hotter than for my showers, it seems to me less steam comes off a bath.

I have taken my phones into showers since before waterproof phones were a thing and I never had an issue. I change mine every couple of years so maybe I haven’t used them long enough to notice any issues.

I take mine into the shower occasionally. Generally just to finish a reply or finish reading something. My phone is 4 years old and is 100% fine.
