My company outsourced most of the engineering team to India. It’s been an absolutely PAIN because communication is much more difficult. Nevertheless I feel so sorry for them because they do seem to work longer hours than us and I’ve seen the same person dealing with a handful of requests as when previously it was spread amongst the EU/US counterparts. I cant wait to leave this shit show.
