Sony WH series (WH-1000XM5 or XM6) have an optional wire for use with airplanes/wired devices. They have great noise cancelling, and are rechargeable via USB C. Due to the need for compatibility with classic 1/8 inch devices, you'd need to add an adapter to USB C (or get a full-length USB C to male 1/8" cable) which are often very small. My advice for an adapter is to get a trusted brand, Anker makes one that is nice

I have the MX3 for quite a few years now and they are good. The 3.5mm cable clearance is a bit tight tso you need to get a cable that has a narrow plastic molding if you want a longer cable.
I get about a day and a half of battery life from them with a mixture of Bluetooth and wired use. They do charge rather quickly too which is nice when flying 21 hours to Australia. I usually pop them on charge while eating on the flight to keep them topped up.
Another added bonus is that the battery isn't hard to replace. Mine stopped turning on and I decided to replace the battery as quick speculative fix. Worked like a charm. Sadly the headband is worse for wear and isn't easily replaced.
I haven't had to replace the battery yet but I have replaced the ear muffs several times because sweat and metal glasses.
One thing to note is that the ANC shuts down during charging (so does Bluetooth) but you can still use the wired connection.
Not on the XM6, those can charge while bluetooth and/or ANC are in use. Not a huge improvement given the excellent battery life and fast charge times, but it's still really nice to not have to stop using mine when the battery is almost dead
Sony WH1000-XM6 charges via USB-C but uses a regular headphone connector, so you can charge them and use them at the same time.
They're really really good headphones. But I understand if adding a DAC into the mix is a dealbreaker
I struggled to find one and I bought one that I thought had ANC that didn't work wired but I was happily proven wrong :D
They are the Lindy BNX 60's pretty solid for the budget price tag
To get wired ANC headphones and not wireless alot seem to be only highend which really sucks
I saw brands for musician. But that would afford 3.5mm to USB-C. Hm
My headphones are 3.5mm to 3.5mm
USBC to 3.5mm honestly sounds jank, like I've never seen it but yeah XD
Thats what I'm afraid of :/
Fair, but yeah if you can get the lendy BNX 60s that would be a decent option I'm imo
I say it sounds janky cause of using lightingbolt to 3.5mms in the past and them breaking in like 2 weeks on average
