Having read the article, I stand corrected. Perhaps the agency should exist and that's what they should be implementing

I haven't read it so not going g to comment but wanted to share that reflection
My only warning is to be careful what you ask for. Trump was an anti corruption candidate: "drain the swamp" and "get rid of the deep state" etc.. Populism is the cheat card for getting fascists elected.
