I don't know what 4DX is and I'm not curious

It tickles you while you watch. Lol. Actually, according to AMC:

4DX combines precision motion seating with over 21 environmental effects—like wind, water, snow, vibration, and scent—synchronized perfectly to the action on screen.

Now I know I was right not to want to know, so, thanks

I accidentally went to see a film in a 4DX. The seats bounced around, even in the trailers. I shared a few wtf glances with the few other people in the cinema who seemed equally bemused.

Being bounced around and having water misted into your face is the exact opposite of what I’d consider ‘immersive’.

this is the boys so it won't be water.

I remember doing this at Disney in like 1998 😅

I was just thinking about that myself. In that case, it's a "ride" or an experience. I believe when I went it was a Monsters Inc thing. The mist, the wind, and maybe even 3D glasses. Since it was a unique thing and not simply just watching a movie you could watch w/o all that stuff, it made it interesting.

Long as it still on Amazon I will see this. Not going to theaters to watch this.

This is going to be new trend, isn't it.

Oh that series you like? Last episode, only in theathers. Pay up.
