Was looking elsewhere when I heard birds squawking. Turned around to catch the tail end of two brown pelicans fighting over food. I couldnt get my camera dialed in quick enough to capture the fight, but I did catch the victor of the fight dropping its spoils despite it all. The universe gives, the universe takes.
