Mostly pretty good, but I can't find anything in the settings that clearly mimics those scanlines from interlaced video

My fuzzy memory says this is super accurate to SLP mode... but I've been too far removed from that old analog video standard to actually remember the quality. I know for sure it's better than most plugins I've tried at least.

Kinda wishing this was available for kdenlive, but I can't tell if there's an issue report for it already
