You're absolutely right, worst of all she has an in-universe reason for all the skin exposure. She can purposive objects from her body so she needs access to her skin. The rest of the GIRLS are in spandex which i guys makes sense for a hero. MHA was just ok but they did highlight the assets of 15 year olds which is wierd.
