Yeah fuck those evil authoritarians improving people's lives in order to trick them into supporting their comically evil agendas.

They should learn from Western Democracies that the way to rule a country is to keep alternating unpopular leaders every four years so the declining standard of living can be blamed on The Other Guy(tm) while simultaneously generating enough desperate people to "try something new" (a far-right party).

A much better system.

It's kind of silly how you people keep complaining about Putin while not being to say anything bad about him (other than what applies to the polities you support).

On that note, I do wonder what you think a state should do when the most prolific invader brings weapons to its borders to attack it, especially when accompanied by attempting coups against its neighbours.
