he should use Comic Sans.
It's a good font. It doesn't impose style, it's easily readable. I'd use it if there were a version with 1) Cyrillic support, 2) monospace variant, 3) not too bold in standard weight.
Apparently there is (free) Comic Mono, but I find it worse than (paid) Comic Code, the latter IMHO looking more like original Comic Sans.
...yes, I bought this stupid font and actually use it in Windows Terminal, PuTTY and VS Code.
No Cyrillic.

you paid for it might as well use it
