History started yesterday, i see.
In yester-year China invaded their friends and allies India & Vietnam. Not long Before that Europe was inventing entirely new ways to shaft over the rest of the world. There's really no such thing as a "trustworthy" partner in geopolitics, just Alligned incentives&ideologies
china hasn't invaded anyone or been at war for decades.
compare that to the us....

of course you didn't mention the biggest empire in history shelling out the most suffering to the world.
it's the only way you can make china look bad.
And yet they remain relevant
