Complete bullshit, and the quoted text also doesn't support your claim (not sure if you used a bad translator).

You're now denying having an account on lemmy.ml? Meanwhile, the quoted text precisely supports my claim.

At the beginning of the war, you sagely lectured everyone here how the internal political conflicts in Russia would lead to a change of government and that Ukraine would only have to hold out until then. I just love how you keep digging in here. You genuinely are unable to do any sort of self criticism. Just take the L and crawl back into whatever hole you suddenly decided to crawl out of.

No, I had one and deleted it after you and the owners of lemmy.ml made it very clear that they were toeing the Kremlin propaganda line and directly contradicted what they said merely weeks before.

And what you say is blatantly false. There was some speculation about how the war in Ukraine might end despite Russia clearly having the upper hand militarily in the long run. This speculation was entirely justified at the time. You are clearly unable to differentiate between speculation on possible scenarios and predictions about likely outcomes, and also the quote in German supports exactly that. But we have already established multiple times that your reading comprehension is very limited and you continue to misinterpret and distort what others have said if it fits your agenda.

Ah yes, the Kremlin propaganda which turned out to be the actual material reality we live in. Meanwhile, what you claim to be contradicted is the assessment most people made that it wouldn't be worth it for Russia to engage in a war with the west over Ukraine. Nobody has a crystal ball and can predict what actually happens. We all make assessment based on what we currently know. What separates adults with fully developed brains from trolls like you is the ability to reflect back on past beliefs and adjust your thinking based on material reality.

And no, this speculation was not in any way justified at the time. This was just the propaganda trolls like you were spreading to justify the continuation of the war so you could keep jerking off to watching Russians and Ukrainians killing each other.

You are clearly unable to differentiate between speculation on possible scenarios and predictions about likely outcomes, and also the quote in German supports exactly that.

Wild how you open up with accusing people who were speculating that Russia wouldn't invade Ukraine as spreading Kremlin propaganda, but don't apply the same standard to your own speculation.

What we've actually established multiple times is that you lack even a shred of intellectual integrity. The worse part is that I suspect you do this completely unconsciously. You genuinely believe everything you say here.

I am was talking about toeing the Kremlin propaganda line after the Russian attack in Ukraine 🤷

But you clearly live in an alternative reality of propaganda that even after a short initial phase of cognitive dissonance upon the shock that you were completely wrong on the Russian attack, you just doubled down on licking the boot of imperialist Russia even harder.

[–] yogthos@lemmy.ml 1 points 1 hour ago* (last edited 1 hour ago)

What your refer to toeing the Kremlin propaganda line is the mere acknowledgement that Russia has legitimate security interests that NATO has been trampling over. This has now been openly admitted by mainstream western media thehill.com/opinion/5198022-ukraine-conflict-disinformation/

And I just love how you project here. Expecting that the cost of the war would not be worth it is not cognitive dissonance bud. Cognitive dissonance is literally what you yourself have been doing for the past 4 years while guzzling NATO propaganda with zero awareness. And when you're face with people who point out the obvious you lash out and accuse them of licking the boot of imperialists because that's what you yourself are doing. It's really pathetic dude. I sincerely hope your grow up one day.
