I hate the whole ppl gotta die part of the Iran conflict, but im loving the straight of hormuz shit and kinda give the orange ape credit for this total win.
Gas needs to be waaay more expensive, so that the economy changes and we become less dependent on oil.
As oil becomes more expensive, companies switch to rail, electrify their fleets, and source more locally. Price signaling is amazing for the usa's economy...even tho its hard at first, its more meaningful
Between this and their strikes on ai companies, I gotta hand it to Iran for ushering in a lot of the economic changes we all knew were gonna be necessary.
