Privacy has become a very important issue in modern society, with companies and governments constantly abusing their power, more and more people are waking up to the importance of digital privacy.
In this community everyone is welcome to post links and discuss topics related to privacy.
Some Rules
- Posting a link to a website containing tracking isn't great, if contents of the website are behind a paywall maybe copy them into the post
- Don't promote proprietary software
- Try to keep things on topic
- If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered
- Reposts are fine, but should have at least a couple of weeks in between so that the post can reach a new audience

So fair enough about the client not displaying the text. Although I realize it does if I click on the cross post. Regardless if both of those things say the same thing then its a dogshit description
Also the whole "in every possible language" thing is pedantic and stupid and I think we both know that.
That is your opinion. In mine it is concise and to the point. You're not entitled to my time to make metadata on topics to your liking.
It is, but a part of your grievance was that you didn't get the language. The German bit is added by the lemmy front end.
Actually its not at all a part of my grievance. Reading comprehension seems to be a fault of yours. Notice how I said "that's despite the point.
Idk I see it all clear on my end. The description is clear clear what the topic will be about.
