Come on, using pre-made oxygen is just lazy. Just make the oxygen yourself from a few neutrons, protons and electrons.
If you wish to make ~~an apple pie~~ water from scratch, you must first invent the universe.

Back in my day we only needed up-quarks and down-quarks and the electrons were free-range.
Ok, but please DO NOT EVER go down to pure energy. Last time I did this, my experiment exploded, now it takes a whole lotta space, complex atoms and life and all the shit along with more or less intelligence. I'd feel really bad to shut it all down now, so I let it just run on its own.
For oxygen yeah, but hydrogen is easier to just buy.
