Casting Henry Cavill as the Witcher was a mistake because it fooled us into thinking they cared.

I love to see Henry Cavill as Geralt and he's an absolutely incredible actor... but there are some scenes where you can tell he's straining to speak in that deep voice. Especially when he's mad and shouting; it sounds like a kid trying to be taken seriously by speaking in a lower voice.

He didn't really have the deep voice for the character he was trying to portray, and when I hear him strain to maintain that voice in some scenes, it takes me out of the show.

Then he took himself out of the show and I've stopped caring about it altogether. ๐Ÿ˜†
