If I'm reading this right, one should turn the cursor off when drawing embellishments and turning it on for printing semantic information.
When it comes to accessibility it seems to me that the web is the gold standard โ though this doesn't stop people from creating counterintuitive designs that create friction. It is a feather in the cap for the standards body to have fleshed out accessibilty features and prioritized it too.
