nah, CEOs definitionally make their money by exploiting other people’s labour. fuck them all even if they’re not successful at it.
How do you imagine a properly working management structure of a company without a head of company. With the ability to act quick and decisively where the interest of the company are weighed proportionally with the interest of the employees while staying competitive? Ideally a company is able to achieve more than any worker individually. I wouldnt say it warrants the increase in wage compared to a normal worker but the stress and responsibility is certainly higher so I would say it warrants some increase in wage
